By accessing or using PixelFixer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PixelFixer is a visual bug-tracking platform that allows users to capture, annotate, and manage UI issues on websites. The Service includes a web application, browser extension, and embeddable widget.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are and shall remain the exclusive property of PixelFixer and its licensors. User-submitted screenshots, bugs, and comments remain your property; you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the Service.
6. Team Plans & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies, are displayed on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account through the Settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
