Create an account
Register with email and password, then sign in to your workspace.

Create a team and project
A team manages members and billing. A project contains its issues, columns, tags, and integrations.

Connect the website
Copy the widget script from project settings or install the browser extension for the domain you want to test.

Work through reports
Assign tasks, set priority, add comments, and move issues through the project board.

- Screenshot captured at the time of the issue
- Viewport dimensions
- Selected element or selector
- Browser and OS metadata
- Console and network data where available
Automation and access
- Create a personal API token in Settings → API Tokens.
- Restrict token scopes to read, write, or project administration.
- Use the REST API for custom reporting and the MCP server for AI assistants.
